About us
Report
Yoga poses (asanas) tone the whole body. They strengthen bones and muscles; increase flexibility, stamina and concentration; and improve posture and breathing. This physical well-being has a calming and clarifying effect on the mind. When we are physically strong and emotionally resilient, we are better able to ride the ups and downs of everyday life with grace and equanimity.

Restorative Yoga is a soothing asana practice with passive, supported poses held for extended periods. We use lots of props so the body can fully relax and release tension and stress.
