Yoga Etiquette
Report
Arrive early enough to give yourself a few moments to sign in, to center yourself and relax before the class begins. 10-15 minutes before class time is recommended. Arriving late to class, even by a few moments, can be disruptive to other students and the instructor. It can also be unsafe to join a yoga class in session, as your body and muscles are not yet warm.
What is Vinyasa
Report
The beauty of a Vinyasa class is that there is no rulebook and no sequence that is set in stone. Movements are done, in succession, so that the student moves and flows from one posture to the next.

When the word "vinyasa" is used as a noun, for example, when an instructor says, "move through your vinyasa" it refers to 3 postures that are done as part of a sun salutation series: Plank, Chaturanga (low plank), and Upward Facing Dog, and usually followed by Downward Facing Dog.If these terms sound completely foreign to you, don't worry!
