Having first opened our doors in 2008, we are the oldest yoga studio in Seminole Heights. Housed in a vintage Japanese-style Florida Bungalow, we have created an oasis of peace and wellness in the heart of Tampa. All-Levels Hatha Yoga

All-Levels Hatha Yoga is a calming, stress-reducing yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. This yoga class designed to guide clients new to yoga into the practice while allowing more seasoned practitioners to adjust the practice to suit their individual needs.
Yin Yoga

Most forms of yoga are dynamic, active practices designed to work only half of our body, the muscular "yang" tissue. Yin Yoga safely works the other half of the body, the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints and fascial networks. Yin is a slower, more introspective practice, and a great compliment to any yang activity.
