Along with the many martial arts programs offered here at the Mission Viejo USSD martial arts studio, we provide numerous specialty courses as well. There is weekly women's self defense, monthly girl/boyscout, and military/law enforcement classes as well. Our professional instruction goes beyond the studio too.

The strength of our program is in our private instruction and lessons, by appointment, which allows our students to learn 8 to 10 times faster than group class-based training. But we also offer regular group classes to strengthen fundamentals and help build techniques. At United Studios of Self Defense, every student receives thirty minutes of private or semi-private instruction each week.

We start students as young as 4. After a 1-on-1 introductory session with an instructor we will be able to assess if your 4 year old is ready for our standard group and private training program or if focusing on private instruction only will better meet the students' needs.
