Hot Yoga with Luiz combines Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with martial arts, ballet, and pilates to increase neuromuscular efficiency, body posture, balance, strength and power. Be prepared to sweat in this challenging yoga class! Learn to develop a deeper relationship with your mind and body as you are led through flow sequences as well as invited to flow on your own.

We are located in downtown Ann Arbor and share a parking lot with businesses including the Yellow Barn and Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling. You are allowed to park in the parking lot when coming to class. Our building is grey and blue and is near the Ann Arbor School of Yoga (but is NOT the same place!).
