What do I need to bring? We encourage you to bring a yoga mat, towel, and bottle of water. If you forget or need any of these items, they can be purchased or rented at the front desk. We suggest you wear clothes that allow you to move freely and sweat. You may want to bring a change of clothes for after class.

The teachers are the best at One Yoga - I have compared them to other studios and their knowledge and training far surpasses any other studio I have visited. Unlike most yoga studios in Denver, we have a beautiful park view from all three yoga rooms which allows for natural light and a connection to nature at all times. Practice vrksasana (tree pose) while mimicking the ever-changing trees directly in front of your mat!
