Bliss Body Yoga
There's no need to create a new account. Bliss Body Yoga provides a safe, accepting, and fun way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. Our classes are taught with expert guidance, compassion and intention. We encourage students to move at their own pace, honor their bodies and find inner peace. Join us in our beautiful, light-filled studio in West Raleigh for a blissful yoga experience.

Register 10/24/2021 - 11/7/2021 From: 11:00 am - 12:15 pm $55 for the full, 3 week session $20 to drop-in to any single class during the series Please choose the correct pricing option when registering. Premium monthly members: email us at info@blissbody-yoga.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop to receive a 20% member discount.

Our studio features over 1,200 square feet of serene practice space, a bathroom, changing room and water fountains. We have cubbies for you to store your belongings and offer yoga props for your use during class including, mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters and eye pillows. There is ample free parking.

Bliss Body Yoga provides a safe, accepting, and fun way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. We offer classes in Flow Yoga, Flow Yoga Basics, Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Bliss Body classes are taught with expert guidance and encourage students to move at their own pace, find inner peace, and honor their bodies.

Bliss Body Yoga offers a variety of classes for yogis of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or interested in deepening your practice, you will find the perfect class to meet your needs at our studio. Join us for weekly LiveStream or In Studio yoga classes to support your practice. Please note, pre-registration is required for all classes.
Outdoor Yoga

We are excited to connect with the Bliss community outdoors! Join us to practice in-person for outdoor, socially-distanced classes at the NCMA park on the 2nd Sunday of each month this Fall. Outdoor classes will be held at the NCMA park on 2110 Blue Ridge Rd. Park in the main parking lot then walk to the gallery buildings.
Beginners Series

The beginner series is a great way to start your yoga practice. We offer both in person and online options for Beginners. Our In Studio 6-week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques.
