I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mark Johnson at Audi Northlake. I needed to replace an Audi that was totaled and we were able to find me an upgraded Audi within the same color scheme! I had the best experience I have ever had taking my car to Audi. Everyone I came in contact with was so genuine. They listened to what I thought I needed to be fixed. Alf from Audi of Northlake was Awesome! I didn't feel like I was just a another number to him but a friend. He definitely knew his stuff and answered any questions I had. Tory is the Manager and walked me through the finance side with ease. He made me understand what I was getting and why it would be best for me. Didn't push me to buy things that wasn't necessary for me. Awesome experience overall from both guys!! Would buy from here and only here when it comes to our next vehicle, that's again guys!
