We had a terrible experience here today. The sales person was unable to answer questions so we asked to speak with finance. The person from finance we talked to did not like being questioned and just got up and walked away while making rude comments. I work in customer service and if I or any of my co workers spoke to anybody like that we would be fired on the spot but it seems this company doesnt care about customer service. If your not handing them money they dont want to even talk to you. This dealership could use a complete overhaul from appearance to staff.

Dutch Miller is by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. The customer service department is awesome. When I got there for a service call they informed me that the car had a recall and that it would take 2 - 3 hours and offered me a ride home and back through Uber. I live in Gastonia and that's no short ride, 30 minutes plus. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS DUTCH MILLER I APPRECIATE YOU.
