Hot Yoga is a challenging series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, suitable for all ages and all levels of ability. Each posture stretches, strengthens, and prepares specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. Hot yoga (previously known as Bikram method) stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.

Inferno Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles and High Impact Interval Training (HITT) and is performed in a room heated to 98 degrees and 30% humidity. It is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health, for men and women of all fitness levels.

If you love practicing with us, (of course you will) you will have an option to continue with our special unlimited membership for only $129/month. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and filled water container to class.
