It's always better to prepare than repair. When asked what we screen for we say "everything" to make sure you get the right tenants in your investment property. Full walk-throughs with pictures & reports sent after PMs search for evidence of lease violations and deferred maintenance you may want addressed.
Our Guarantees

What happens when the tenant can't make good on the lease and you are forced to re-rent the property. Does this mean you have to pay another lease fee? Most companies will tell you "yes, you do". We don't think that's fair. For those interested we offer our Stable Tenant Guarantee which means if your tenant can't fulfill their lease, we will re-lease the property for Free.
Leasing Your Property

Most management companies charge a similar "Leasing Fee", but they don't offer you the same service. Sleep Sound Leasing Agents arrive at your property to take high quality photos for your ads. Sleep Sound examines each application using the company's rigorous screening process. Once a tenant is approved we schedule their move-in date, collect first month's rent, deposit, and sign a lease.
