2424 Apartments was constructed in the 1920s and features nine One Bedroom apartments averaging 750 sf. The three story walk-up is located right off E Burnside St in Portland. The building is secured access and offers bike racks, cable ready units, and on-site laundry to its tenants. Most units are newly renovated, but still contain plenty of their original Art Deco charm.

Parkwood Apartments is a small, quiet, and friendly community located right off Hogan Drive and NE 16TH Way in Gresham OR. Parkwood is only a few blocks away from shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not to mention the many parks and trails nearby like Red Sunset Park and Gresham Main City Park.
