2424 Apartments was constructed in the 1920s and features nine One Bedroom apartments averaging 750 sf. The three story walk-up is located right off E Burnside St in Portland. The building is secured access and offers bike racks, cable ready units, and on-site laundry to its tenants. Most units are newly renovated, but still contain plenty of their original Art Deco charm.

Parkwood Apartments is a small, quiet, and friendly community located right off Hogan Drive and NE 16TH Way in Gresham OR. Parkwood is only a few blocks away from shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants. Not to mention the many parks and trails nearby like Red Sunset Park and Gresham Main City Park.

Had the opportunity to live in a property managed by SYLO and have nothing but amazing things to say about my (and my fiancé's) experience. Any time we had any question, concern, or need, we were promptly helped with nothing but positive responses. We have had bad experiences in past rental management, which is why we are SO grateful for our experience living under SYLO management. I personally spoke to Erica Villarreal on a frequent basis. She is the real star of the show and reason for us choosing to move to the property in the first place. Thank you to the team! We wish you nothing but success

Okay I would like to specify this review is for Jason specifically as I truly believe him to be the back home of Sylo. He's the only person I can get a hold of at any time. He's super responsive whether it's turning off a fire alarm at in the middle of the night, fixing things in a timely manner, or any other need as a demand
Jason is a life send for Sylo. I appreciate him and he's consistent, kind, and timely.
Respectfully, if all the other Sylo team was on the same level as Jason it would be amazing. I have no had the same luck speaking to any other person in this property

Our mitigation service team recently had the opportunity to work directly with the SYLO Property Management (Sylo) team. It was very apparent to our team that the Sylo team puts their tenants first and they take great pride in their facility. By maintaining a positive attitude; even during times of high stress, and with transparent communication the Sylo team worked diligently to accommodate the individual needs of their tenants and to move forward with the much needed mitigation services.

I have lived at BD 52 for almost two years now, and I have been impressed with SYLO Property Management the entire time. They keep the property clean and well maintained, they are responsive if there is a concern, and I really appreciate that they go the extra mile and supply bags to pick up waste in the dog relief area. I have also been impressed with their Covid protocols. This is a company that takes good care of its properties, and its tenants.

My living experience at 1930 has been incredible. The SYLO management company really go above and beyond for their residents. Especially the maintenance team. Very quick to respond and always professional. My initial plan was to transfer to another SYLO building but decided to so some traveling now that the country is open – Yay! But if I find myself back in NE Portland, I’m sure to look up SYLO and see what home they can find me!

I am very happy with my service and interaction with SYLO! Richard Escobedo is top notch! He went above and beyond his job and made sure my Family and I were not only taken care of, but also set us up for the foreseeable future with his confident and friendly recommendations. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am 100% satisfied with SYLO and it is because of Richard.
