The TruFit community comes from all walks of life but we all share common goals: To feel stronger and get healthier so we can live full lives. Every personal trainer at TruFit runs their own independent business under one roof. This allows us to help a wide variety of clients with goals ranging from weight loss to post-rehab to learning to exercise for the first time!
TruFit Personal Training Studios is located in the heart of Downtown Evanston, on Davis Street between Orrington and Chicago Avenues. TruFit Personal Training Studios is by appointment only. TruFit is located in downtown Evanston. Parking can be found on the street (metered) or the Sherman Plaza Self Park ($2 for up to two hours).

He wanted to get stronger and lose some weight before a football event in the spring and said his mom wanted to buy him some personal training sessions.
