In 2012, I found Lagree Fitness. Never before had I experienced a workout that not only physically challenged me, but left me as mentally and emotionally satisfied after just one, 45-minute session. Two years later I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. While juggling the roles of wife, mother and full-time employee, time management was key and Lagree was my answer.

There is no need to schedule a private lesson, unless of course you want to. As with anything new, there will be an adjustment period, but our coaches are trained to work with your ability level. We ask that you remain patient, stay focused and get ready to become addicted! Coastal Core Fitness is not pilates, but may appear similar.
