My sister and I lived in their 47th Ave property for a year and a half. Our experience was great from the apartment we stayed in to the service we received when requested. Tobin Johnson our property manager there was very responsive when it came to concerns we expressed or work orders we needed. We called the apartment home for a year and half and loved it! If you're looking for a well managed apartment that's in a great location I would recommend contacting Kinetic Properties LLC and asking for Tobin Johnson!

My brother and I worked with manager Tobin Johnson for the past 1.5 years, and we were beyond impressed and satisfied with his performance. Avoid The Walking Nightmare: Tobin Johnson, Kinetic Properties
Kinetic Properties (KP) came to me by way of a referral based on the mostly the former property management company that Tobin Johnson ran. A quick review of the reviews of the former company revealed only one new one that was from a vendor regarding payment. Upon the initial interview I asked Tobin if he was bonded and he said yes. However upon further investigation this has a proven to be false. I asked him to provide me with proof which he never did. He gave me little to no introduction to the accounting system. My referral
