
All of us at Toms River Fitness and Aquatic Center and Toms River Fitness for Women, welcome you. We have been in the health club business for over 30 years. Our club offers many fitness options, allowing you to feel accomplished regardless of your level or goals. There are plenty of cardio and resistance training machines, two swimming pools, and a wide variety of group exercise and aqua classes offered each week!

Marci's class will bring you a unique combination of terrains, speeds, intensities, tabatas, jumps & bumps to keep you challenged. New playlist every class! It's all about you! Join Karen for a series of cycling drills that are sure to challenge your strength & endurance!

We are a fitness family, so we invite you and your family to participate in our range of choices. Whether you are 6 months old, a beginner, advanced or a triathlete, TRF & AC can accommodate your needs. We offer private and group lessons, clinics, recreational swims, family/kid's club swims, sport specific in-water training.

Become acquainted with our 6-lane, 25-yard shallow depth pool, where you can feel the rejuvenating effects of the water. Besides swimming laps you may choose to challenge yourself by walking, running, swimming, aqua classes; even using the water as your personal liquid weight machine! There's always room for you and a friend!.

At the shore we want our children to swim! Our instructors know how to nurture the pre-swimmer and to progress to a level of swimming without intimidation. We have a full schedule of classes that take learners from "Mommy & Me, " all the way up to age 8+ and refined techniques!. While your child is taking a swim lesson or class, you are our guest.

Our longest running weight loss program here at Toms River Fitness! Teams train 2x per week for 6 weeks with a certified Personal Trainer. Each team Captain provides Nutritional advice, Structured cardio/weight workouts, Motivation and Support! Goals are met, friendships are made and lifestyles are transformed!

Terrific gym which offers so much. Loads of treadmill, elliptical and circuit training machines. Has many that you don't find everywhere, assisted dip and chin up, stretch apparatus, stair climbers. Loads of classes, 2 pools, separate ladies only gym area, sauna, showers, nice locker rooms. This gym has it all!

I wanted to love this gym. I joined before touring which was my mistake. Equipment is extremely old, I haven’t seen a gym with that much outdated equipment in a while. Women’s locker room deff needs an update and a cleaning crew. Carpets are so disgustingly stained. Not a lot of people were wearing their masks and everyone was on top of everyone.… All the spray bottles were left in the locker room and no one was wiping their machines down. (I know this isn’t the gyms fault but I wish it was reinforced given the time) I walked in stayed for about 30 and walked right out

Toms River Fitness is by far my favorite gym it is very homey, and also really clean. The staff are all very sweet and polite. The best part is that they have a completely separate gym including another pool strictly for woman, which is awesome for when my wife wants to go workout alone but feels uncomfortable doing so in the regular gym. One request is please re-open the hot tub, saunas, and steam rooms already, we need them back.
