Bungee fitness is a motion based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached at your hip, to perform exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance-no pain on the joints! We use a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly.

Bungee fitness is suitable for all fitness levels. Your bungee certified instructor will include modifications as needed to accommodate for different fitness levels.

30 Day challenge that includes 2 Bungee classes a week and a dietician approved meal plan. Your own private group bungee class with your group only. Keep your workouts going strong and feel comfortable with your friends and family in your own personal class. Book your class or classes around your schedule.

Bungee 101 is a 45 minute cardio-blasting, core-strengthening workout which utilizes resistance from the bungee. During the workout there will be modifications offered to suite every fitness level. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Beginners

Bungee fitness is suitable for all fitness levels. Your bungee certified instructor will include modifications as needed to accommodate for different fitness levels. Bungee fitness combines resistance with a cardiovascular workout, this increases your heart rate as well as increasing endurance. Expect to get a full body workout including your core, arms, legs and back.
