WICKED CORE combines the elements of classical Pilates, cardio and weight training. You will strengthen, tighten, tone, and lengthen your muscles through several slow exercises focusing on slow twitch muscles. The workout is low impact, but high intensity. Class begins on time. If it your first visit at the studio, please arrive 10 minutes early to get an overview of the MEGAFORMER M3S before class. Your safety is important to us! If you do not arrive in time for your introduction, you may be asked to reschedule.
Due to limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class starts - please note we do not give refunds; your class will go back in your account for you to use another time.If you cancel within 10 hours before class starts, you will lose the class.

If a class you'd like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist - it works! If the waitlist is full, it will tell you that too. If a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation and a text message. IMPORTANT: It is assumed that by being on the waitlist, you will be able to take the class if you get in.
