DUSL is excited to offer Striking Training and Fitness training. These extra skills sessions are offered as part of the Competitive Program, to all registered Comp Players. Coach Amy Bains will be leading as a qualified gym instructor & personal trainer. Players are limited to one extra of these sessions per week or as space allows.
