DUSL is excited to offer Striking Training and Fitness training. These extra skills sessions are offered as part of the Competitive Program, to all registered Comp Players. Coach Amy Bains will be leading as a qualified gym instructor & personal trainer. Players are limited to one extra of these sessions per week or as space allows.
Options may be farther apart, as turn out increases. We are happy to launch our Competitive Goal Keeper training program for the season! Our Goal Keeper trainer Matt Goddard returns after an extremely successful previous season. DUSL offers Keeper Training for all registered players within the DUSL Competitive Program (Premier, Elite, or Select).
