I just completed a Body Buzz session with my trainer, Fiona. I am 67 years old and was a little nervous at first but Fi, put me right at ease. In traditional strength training, I need to do 3 sets of 10 reps to get to the last few that do the most good. I was amazed when my personal trainer, Hector, asked if I wanted to try BodyBuzz.
