This place is going down. Last year during covid they left my husband and our dog sitting in the car for nearly 4 hours waiting for an appointment. This year I scheduled a routine vaccine appointment but they could not schedule it until a month and a half out. A couple days before the appointment they called and told me they had to cancel cuz the doctor was going to be on vacation so I had to reschedule in which they didn't have an appointment for another month out. 2 days before that appointment they called me to say they were closing down unexpectedly because someone had tested positive with

Let me start by saying Ive been bringing my cat to the stow office for close to a decade and its been great. I had an appointment scheduled last week so I got off work, got my cat and took him to the office on time for my appointment and there was a sign on the door that said closed unexpectedly. No phone call to let me know. So fine, I made another appointment for today for vaccines, flea/tick meds, and claws trimmed. Just routine right? I bring in my cat and I see all new faces and the culture is just cold and unfriendly. They take him away from me and leave me in the exam room which

I would like to start by saying that several of my family and friends come to this office and have done so for well over 10 years. I want to start with the positives, vaccines administered well and I love they have appointments now. That being said their customer service lacks severely. It seemed that they didnt really want to be asked questions, like trust us and do as we say or dont but dont bother with questions. Also pricing has gone up, totally understandable but I dont understand why long time customers werent informed of the new ownership & changes being implemented, including

I called primary Saturday before closing and had an emergency vet appt Monday very early. They got my cat in super quick and I had home hope all fixed up within about 2 hours. I am so thankful for them!!
