I was thrilled to see there was an experienced caring exotic vet from OSU here in the Cleveland area. We have taken our beloved bunny to Dr Alice now for 3+ years. Surgery was necessary and during Covid other people had delays for their fur babies. Not us (lucky bunny) MetroPet saw the lumps as urgent & put him in the next few days. I appreciate all the staff, they adore my bunny each visit. I trust their caring hands & they are affordable. The office is open 7 days a week and offers some evening appointments. Flexible - fair - & awesomely exquisite experiences hands

This place was awesome! My current vet only does annual wellness exams and vaccines. Metropet accepts new clients so I took my indoor only cat, Lilly, there after she went missing outside for three weeks. The staff was extremely friendly. Lilly was scared but the vet asst, Noah, held her and comforted her like she was his own! It was great to see the staff show so much compassion towards my Lilly. Noah and the Doctor were the greatest! They took time and inspected Lilly thoroughly. They were very gentle with her. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they believed was best for
