It was my first time going to this animal hospital and I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and the care of my fur baby. They don't talk walk-ins, however, they had openings same day and was able to get right in! We will be switching vets now bc I liked the atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly! Had I gone to our preferred vet, they would have treated it as an emergency visit and just for that it was a few dollars shy of $100! I do not remember the doc's name, but we will definitely be switching now!!

Great first experience. Took very good care of our young Morkie. The staff was great, from beginning to end. And the doctor went above and beyond when we faced a hiccup a few days later. Highly recommend.

We recently had to have our 17yo girl Tala put to sleep. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. His sons also work in the office and were extremely caring, soft spoken and respectful in reverence to the situation. They had a blanket out for her, made sure to check on all of us during the process and let us take as much time as we needed. We received a sympathy card and since we had her cremated, they took charge of all the arrangements. I will be bringing our other dogs here. Thank you to the whole family/staff!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR END OF LIFE EUTHANASIA
We went to put our 2 little dogs down and the vet was terrible. I dont recall the vets name but he was an older man who shook terribly, not the person to be doing this. Putting you beloved pet down is already a sad sad experience. We sat there and watched the vet shake and stick our poor dog 3 times to put her to sleep. That took so long that he had to give the first dog another round of sedative as it had worn off while he was sticking the second dog. Our dogs were under 15 lbs and we were very upset with the vets hands shaking during this

The Vet didn't seem to want to hear what I was telling him and seemingly... I didn't know about my own dog. The Vet cut me off each time I tried to speak and gave no suggestions on what I should do if I couldn't pay an absorbent amount. When I say each time I mean every single time. He gave me diagnosis within just under 10 min of my dog being taken in... like not even a full 10 min, after waiting an hour in the parking lot, after showing up 15 min early. As in I showed up early and was still seen an hour after my appointment. I tried calling in to remind them I was still outside but was hung up

Made an appointment for 3:30, called when we arrived as instructed. Was told there was an appointment ahead of us. Waited 30 with no update, called back and was told "they have no idea" how much longer. When I asked why the appointment time, they said that was my time to arrive. No one mentioned there was a possibility of waiting. The guy who answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude. Never apologized for the wait. We then decided to call back and cancel the appointment. They were headed to my car as I was on the phone. Never introduced themselves and opened my back door to take the cats
