Radius Fitness services will cover the three main necessities to stay healthy; cardio, flexibility, and overall body strength. The cycle classes will cover cardio health of our patrons. With the latest technology incorporated into our cycle classes, customers will be engaged in their workouts. This will allow riders to track their results on a calorie burn level as well as a performance level.

This feature caters to the elite cyclists for performance-based results as well as to the intermediate rider who is tracking weight loss and/or improved overall health. Our yoga classes cover over-all flexibility health for Radius Fitness customers. Yoga helps create flexibility in the human body and strength through that flexibility.
