Horrible customer service. Manager there was rude and antagonizing. Normally don't review places badly especially with COVID, but customer service does make a difference. Attempted to speak with someone above to no avail.

I am a client of Dr. Childers for years. I suppose I'm a bit fussy coming from a family with members in the medical professions. I have found his service absolutely stellar throughout the years I've used his service -- without a single item anything other than excellent.
Wary of Covid, I put off a cleaning, going only a few days ago. I'd like to compliment the entire staff for their carefully thought out and kept to protocols from outside the door (they clean the knobs after every entry or departure), to the new devices to gather saliva during a proceedure, to masks combined with

Dr. Childers is amazing. He runs a very solid practice, very little turnover in staff, and he does what's needed, but doesn't push unnecessary treatments. He also stays current on best practices, and the office offers good hours. Ask about the celebrity photos lining the walls. They aren't clients, but there's a great personal story there.

I was referred to Dr. Childers when my regular dentist was injured and unable to see patients. I was able to easily get an appointment and I was taken on time with no waiting.
