Community Outreach
Report
We understand that oral health is an inseparable part of a child's overall health and welfare. Thus, our preschool prevention program has been teaching children about good oral habits for nearly 40 years. As a gift to the community, Dr. Ching continues the Happy Smiles Program for preschools, elementary schools, parent groups, and career days.
First Visit
Report
You can help prevent tooth decay by scheduling your child's first visit within 6 months of his/her first tooth coming in. Why? Unfortunately, the research shows that more than half of the children who are not seen until two or three years of age develop cavities. You can prevent this from happening by coming in soon after the first tooth for a "well baby dental examination".
