I graduated at the Dental Assisting Program at College of Alameda in 2008 and started working here at Piedmont Dental by Design right after graduation. I worked as an assistant for many years until recently I have transitioned up front to work as Patient Services Manager.
My many years in the back caring for patients chair side has helped me in my new role of Patient Services Manager in helping educate patients on their oral health and I have a better understanding of how the practice works together front and back.When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids at family get-togethers, camping, and visiting fun places.

Preventing dental disease starts at home with good oral hygiene and a balanced diet.
Dental Exams & Cleanings

A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. Examination of diagnostic x-rays (radiographs): Essential for detection of decay, tumors, cysts, and bone loss. X-rays also help determine tooth and root positions. Oral cancer screening: Check the face, neck, lips, tongue, throat, tissues, and gums for any signs of oral cancer.
