We had the pleasure of working with Becky and Kate a couple of months ago while we were moving from Pennsylvania. We only had a couple of weeks in town to find something, and they were marvelous. The area we were very impressed with was after we decided what we wanted. In THIS MARKET they managed to get us an offer accepted under asking price and also got seller concessions to go toward repair costs.
