The Bower

I can’t stop to think how amazing the bower is! My husband and I have lived here for about 8 months now. The Staff is amazing, they take the time to chat with you and get to know you. I literally don’t know a company that will take time from their schedules to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable and feel like home. From the maintenance team to upper management. Very positive, personable and care about their residents. They have a life team that is amazing and puts on three events a month to have social interaction and plan it. All we do is come and interact with other community

Lynnette is the most amazing maintenance ever!! So responsive, helpful and professional! She makes living here so awesome.

Home sweet home!! Management staff and maintenance team has always been positive and quick on any communications. There are many reasons to live here. Great location, The property is clean.

A few weeks in, good apartment building with very responsive staff.
No central AC, but the hallways are quite cool and if you prop the door open its really not too bad. Construction/highway noise has not been an issue for me.
Only downside is the fetch service (package delivery service) that they force you to have for $16 a month, its not a deal breaker, but it can be annoying. I would much prefer having some kind of locker system or the office keeping packages.
Could be 5 star if it weren't for fetch and if it had central AC
[Update]] Parking in garage 3 or 4 can be annoying since its difficult

We really liked all of the facilities this apartment building had to offer. The gym and amenities both look clean and amazing. The area is really ideal for every-day grocery shopping with Whole Foods and Trader Joe's nearby.

We didn't end up moving forward with signing a lease here, but we did meet some great people who were able to give us tours both Anton and Rachel were so pleasant to work with!

Freeway noise is very loud at night. You wouldn't know from a regular apartment tour but the sounds of cars echoes very loudly like a jet engine. I measured it to be about 38-40 decibels with the window sealed shut and 60 with it open. Speaking of fees, they use a third party service to handle your packages that is a mandatory charge. I find no benefit to using this service and it has caused me major headaches when dealing with returns, lost packages, and delayed deliveries due to lack of couriers. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the little things add up to a bad experience

The Bower is an amazing/spectacular community. It is mainly because of the admin team. Tara is the community manager and demonstrates excellence in customer service and leadership. It shows with her team that she leads. My wife and I have been treated with the respect and professionalism. The bower has wonderful tenants and everyone gets a long. We definitely recommend living at The Bower. Great company, great staff and great area.

Beautiful & great place to live with professional staff in Kirkland. The staff were all very friendly, Anton is always responsive, helpful and efficient. He shared all the information about the apartment and guided us throughout. Tara & Rachel were also of great help. I highly recommend this place. We are happy to choose this place as home.

I am very happy with Bower apartments! The management team is great at communicating and making sure the move in process is fast and easy!

I just moved into the building this week and the management has been amazing assisting with anything needed. Both Tara and Rachel have really made me confident in choosing The Bower!

Love The Bower! It has so many places to entertain. I absolutely love all the amenity options. The fantastic gym is a must see for sure!
