Due to the property managers illegally renting all of the garages to local companies and neighbors we have serious parking, storage and security issues here. They are given out as open ended month to month terms that never expire, so many people run offerup companies out of our parking lot.
Having simple requests accomplished by the Property Manager can take at least a week+ (including just responding to simple emails). In her mind it is ok, because she has "two properties and over 100 units to oversee". We have experienced a number of issues with theft, partly because the PM "isn't sure who is

Love, love Sunset Shores! Management is so accommodating. They take care of the residents like I have never experienced before. The property manager is extremely responsive and genuinely cares.
The apartments have nice finishes and are extremely spacious. The property is close to transportation, amazing restaurants & bars and overlooks Lake Washington!
The grounds are well kept and any maintenance requests are usually handled within the day. The property management team really tries to create a warm and exceptional living environment.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking

You can hear everything, due to the worst installation: toilet flushing, sneezing, love making. The washer room is always filled with people, takes the entire day to do laundry. The location is the only thing thats good, but if you look long enough you can find a lot better places for the same price or cheaper.
