Our primary focus is residential apartment properties although we own and manage several commercial properties as well. Our philosophy is to own for the long term.

My Girlfriend and I lived at one of the Waddell Properties in Renton for almost 4 years. From the day we moved in the Property Manager (Jill) always helped out whenever it was needed. Anywhere from questions or concerns, or following up on maintenance requests (Which were very few and far between) her or someone at her office were always ready to help. We can't express the gratitude we have enough for being such a great person/company to rent from. If it weren't for buying a home, we would definitely still be living there.

Similarly to some other reviewers I found the property management extremely unprofessional and disappointing and I can NOT recommend renting a property managed by Waddell Properties. The property had some issues like bugs and unpleasant smell that was impossible to get rid off but that's not the main reason I was so disappointed. I lived in one of Waddell's properties for 3.5 years and was charged extra ~$900 (in addition to the deposit) after moving out without any valid reason. We had a move out inspection that went fine (no pictures were taken at that time) however additional several hundred

I lived in one of Waddell's properties - Sedona townhomes - for 9 months in 2020 to 2021. While the townhomes themselves were nice enough, I do NOT recommend living there or in any other property managed by Waddell Properties.
(1) KEYS: They do not give you a key to your own home, only a door code, which you don't have control over. While living there we found at least one additional code that worked for our door (on accident). How many more were there? This prevents you from using your deadlock and is a persistent security risk that management is not willing to discuss with you. You also don

Waddell Properties managed the apartment building where I lived in Renton. Everyone I worked with there was professional and responsive.
From my first contact through move in to maintenance requests and move out, that stayed consistent. There was also someone onsite at the building who was very nice and helpful. They made the move in process easy and simple as possible. I had a good experience both with the staff and also at my apartment, which had been recently upgraded.

I've been living at a Waddell Properties apartment for almost a year and I have been so so impressed with their whole team - everyone from the management to the maintenance has been nothing but spectacular! Upon moving in, Theresa greeted us with a nice Costco bottle of wine, a gift card to local restaurants, and a box of chocolates and this really set the pace for how our year would go.
Special shoutout to Randy who I believe is the maintenance manager for our complex as well as other WP ones because he makes getting things fixed so easy and even fun, always willing to explain what he's doing

We have lived on this property since it was bought by wadell properties, Jill Hancook being the manager has done a terrible job up keeping the property clean,
Fire lanes are barely visible and faded away very limited parking on hand, in the last 4 years never has she cleaned the gutters or had any pesticide company over, we have complained over and over about bugs in our home they don't do anything about it, her reply simple stated she doesn't have time to babysit the Tennants.
We have documented all the pics and proof.
The remodel was also very sloppy and fast using cheap materials they had

I have lived at two Waddell Properties in Kirkland going on 9 years. Their management has always been responsive and professional. Whenever I have requested maintenance or expressed concerns about anything, they have always followed through and fixed the problem. I would recommend checking out their apartments anywhere on the eastside.

Due to the property managers (Waddell Properties) illegally renting all of the garages to local companies and neighbors we have serious parking, storage and security issues here. They are given out as open ended month to month terms that never expire, so many people run offerup companies out of our parking lot.
