Had some communication about being on a wait list a year ago. Was supposed to be two or three months and I never heard from them again. Went through all of the effort to get them the information they needed from me; and they ghosted me.

I was told great things, but the scheduling has been a nightmare. I have registration emails that never appear and leave messages ahead time so I could keep an appointment. I moved a lot of other appointments around to obtain one with the therapist and it was cancelled with little regard. The therapists may be great but the whole system needs to be great from beginning to end.
