Tim has been training to improve performance in sports (and life) for over 20 years! Jackie has been around sports her whole life and has an inherent understanding of performance. Together, we have the taken the journey from fat couch potatoes to lean, strong athletes! We work with folks who are trying to get healthy, get stronger, and/or lose weight.
Remote Coaching

Tim set his first state record in 1997 and has been around the sport of powerlifting since. He has held as many as 13 state records (at one time), has won a national championship, is a USAPL and USPA certified Powerlifting coach, and has brought more than 20 lifters to the platform at the local, state, national, and international level.
