Our approach emphasizes patient education for at-home continuation, ensuring long-term healing and functional improvement for clients transitioning from traditional PT programs.
Adult Personal Training
Adult Personal Training programs combine scientifically designed exercise routines and dietary guidance to improve physique, endurance, and overall health. Our certified coaches create customized plans addressing toning, weight management, and functional fitness goals. Clients benefit from progressive, small-improvement-based strategies that foster sustainable lifestyle changes while avoiding extreme or fad-based approaches.
Functional Assessments
Functional Assessments serve as the foundation for all training programs, analyzing mobility, strength, and sport-specific capabilities. Conducted by appointment, these evaluations inform personalized training decisions and goal-setting. Assessments guide workout design and provide baseline metrics for tracking progress through periodic performance reports.
Return to Sport Training
Return to Sport Training specializes in bridging gaps left by traditional PT, particularly for post-surgical athletes. Our programs extend recovery timelines beyond typical insurance coverage, using scaled exercises to rebuild capacity safely. This out-of-pocket service focuses on ACL rehabilitation, injury prevention, and regaining competitive readiness through progressive, sport-specific drills.
