This was my first visit at Bartels. I switched from my other vet because they were an animal emergency hospital. Even though they were nice, it was always so chaotic and I never felt that one on one connection or them being able to take time to explain things to me or get to know me and my pets. From the time I called Bartels on the phone, they were SO NICE and treated me like my animals were important to them before I even scheduled the appointment. Then when I went in, we received amazing service and felt like we will actually be able to connect one on one and they will remember my animals when
