RZone Fitness is the solution for women that want to become the best version of themselves. We offer cardio variety. Our cardio fitness tools help you increase metabolism, burn calories, helps increase the strength of your heart and lungs and is the catalyst to help you burn fat/lose weight. Our cardio tools include: Treadmills, Cybex Arc Trainers, Airdyne Bikes and WaterRowers.

Our workouts are designed just for women and your guided by your coach on proper form and if you need to modify an exercise, our trainer will help you.

Our goal was to fuse together our cardio fitness tools with our strength training exercises that would only work in a studio atmosphere. With our small studio it's easy for coaches to make corrections, motivate, challenge and get to know you. Our RZ studio is a community-like atmosphere. Its nice to see the same like minded women every time you go to class.

We developed Rzone Fitness classes for women only who were seeking a more fit life, but who couldn't find the help and support they needed to be successful in a typical mainstream gym. Our group training combines the power of full body workouts that burns calories with the energy, camaraderie and fun of playing in a group.

Our packages were created with you in mind. We consider your busy lifestyle and your goals. As professional trainers, we know that frequency of exercise is very important for health, overall well-being, and RESULTS! Our clients average 3 days to 4 times a week at our studio. We even have clients that even attend 5 to 7 days a week.
