We've collected a team of world-class fitness guides to support and encourage you on your fitness journey. Lori has a Bachelors of Healthcare Administration. She is Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified and holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. You may see Lori around the club, working one on one with clients, leading our group fitness classes, or planning our next big Fitness Challenge or Event.

When asked what her favorite hobbies are, Lori says, "Spending time with my dog, hiking, weightlifting, and reading." Lindsey is American Sport and Fitness Certified and has been a trainer at Vaunt for 3 years. She is currently in the process of studying for her certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Work one-on-one with a trainer to develop and implement a personalized workout plan to help you reach your wellness and fitness goals. Your trainer accompanies you during each sweat sesh. How it works: Meet with a coach and develop a plan. Use the training app to track weekly workouts, nutrition goals, and progress.

Our 60 minute class helps you focus on breathing, total body awareness and increases your energy levels. At Vaunt Fitness, our members benefit from the use of our newly designed Sauna Facilities. Muscle soreness, fatigue, and drops in performance are all issues that a sauna can help improve.

As a member you will be able to take advantage of our Sauna Facilities and enhance the muscle recovery process by increasing blood circulation and carrying oxygen-rich blood to oxygen-depleted muscle.After your workout, be sure to stop by our Shake Bar and try one of our handcrafted protein shakes made with only the freshest, high quality ingredients, our own in-house recipes, and 1st Phorm Protein.
Spring into Summer
