North Avenue Animal Hospital was founded in 1957 by the late Dr. Bohdan Tkaczuk and was located across the street from our present facility. Dr. Roman Tkaczuk joined his father in practice in 1983 and became owner in 1990 when his father retired. By that time, our practice had grown significantly and more space was needed.

Our goal at North Avenue Animal Hospital is to provide comprehensive and compassionate quality medical care for our patients and excellent service for our valued clients. We accomplish this by employing knowledgeable and friendly staff that uses the most current medical practices and resources to achieve the best possible care for our four-legged friends.
