Dr. Schnoor has practiced at Mid North since 1991, specializing in soft tissue surgery. She graduated from the University of Illinois and brings extensive experience with dogs and cats. Outside work, she enjoys gardening and cooking while caring for her rescued Boxer and three cats.
Dr. Angela Egan
Veterinarian
Dr. Egan joined the team in 2019 after completing her internship at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital. She focuses on oncology and emergency medicine while emphasizing client education. She graduated from Northwestern University and the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.

Practice Manager
Sean returned as Practice Manager in 2021 after previous service from 2008-2021. With veterinary technician experience, he manages hospital operations while maintaining three cats and three dogs. He enjoys fitness activities and forest preserve running.

This rescued Boxer serves as the hospital's official comfort provider since 2020. Hazel supervises patient care daily while maintaining her hobbies of squirrel chasing and squeaky toy destruction. She resides with Dr. Schnoor and three feline housemates.

Love mid north! Thanks to Dr Schnoor we were finally able to solve my dog's digestive issues that had been recurring for year. Dr Schnoor, Dr Egan, Aubrey and the rest of the team take great care of Pierre each and every time we visit.

My dog stole and ate half a chicken and was barffing up chicken bones. We just moved to Chicago and another dog owner kindly recommended this vet so I called and hope to get my dog checked. The vet on the phone told me it's an emergency and URGED me to get my dog checked BUT also claimed "we are not accepting new clients". How ironic and cruel! Can you believe in a vet if she/he reject to make a little bit of time to see an animal in need of urgent care? I don't and you shouldn't.
