New Client / Patient Appointment Policy

If you are a potential new client seeking veterinary care for your pet, we require review of your pet's complete medical records prior to confirmation of your appointment. After receipt of your pet's medical records we will call to confirm or cancel your appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, we will email or provide a hard copy (per your request) of our registration forms to you.
