Over the course of my 20 years as a psychotherapist, I've trained in body-mind psychotherapy, sex-therapy, neuropsychology, somatic psychology, mindfulness, and expressive art therapy. I refuse to stop learning. As a young person, I often found myself being called upon to help others who were having difficulty coping with life situations.
