Norm manages over 60 residential rental units: 30 in Monrovia and 30 in Pasadena and has trades people with proven abilities who provide upkeep and maintenance in a timely, cost effective and professional manner. The building remains at this location today. Today our foundation retrofitting and bolting begins with a Structural Engineer who after inspecting the site draws plans that are submitted to the local building department for approval. The plans specify the specific hardware, bolts, epoxy, concrete mix (usually at least 3000psi), etc. that we use.
Adventure Travel

The Model T Ford Club of Southern California sponsors some of the best Model T Ford Tours in the world. Past tours have included 3 to 4 weeks in each: France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Australia, Canada, Alaska, and Mexico. The tours average 1,500 to 2,500 miles and are limited to 30 vehicles.

A full time Real Estate Broker since 1976, Norm works as both a Listing Broker and Selling Broker in Pasadena, Altadena, Sierra Madre, Arcadia, Monrovia and San Gabriel Valley communities. He has had ownership in over forty local real estate property restoration projects and acts as his own general contractor.
