Irina is amazing! If you are like me, you've probably had your share of frustrating moments, because you have pictured how a transaction is supposed to go, but then it never does. Irina Netchaev and the Pasadena Views team are extraordinary, and their results speak for themselves. In February 2013, Irina helped us sell an inherited home in Pasadena for more than 20% over the market/asking price, and in May 2014 she concluded the sale of our own Pasadena home for more than 24% over the market/asking price. Irina recently helped me lease a condo I own in Pasadena. I can't imagine finding a more intelligent, thorough, ethical and responsive agent than Irina Netchaev.
