I started bringing my daughter here when she was very young- maybe like 4. They used to cater more to the kids with a game room and balloons. Just made her feel really special. Covid has basically ruined that
:( I am hoping they get back to doing that for the children in the future. The staff is still really good at making my daughter feel safe & comfortable. I like that they went over the billing to me though I did want the employee to be more friendly and to explain it better.

I came in to SW Family Dentistry and had Victoria assist me. She was assigned to be my hygienist. Victoria was super informative about the treatment I was getting and explained in great detail every step of the way. I was nervous at first because, The drills and noises tend to freak me out a little. Anyway, she talked to me the whole time and put me at ease. I think I might have even dozed off a tiny bit; that’s how relaxed I was 😊. My teeth are good and healthy, Victoria did a great job and I would definitely go back.

I absolutely hate going to visit the dentist. I over brush, barley floss, and use to brush my teeth with hydrogen peroxide. I’m pretty sure I was every dentists worst nightmare.
My family is from out of town and when searching for a provider, back in 2018, I found this gem. I was so sad when we had to relocate to Houston and feared my experience somewhere else. Luckily we moved back and I can honestly say the service is better if not the same. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and warm. They ease my frustrations without notice and provide the highest quality of dental service I’ve ever experienced

Have been coming here for over 4 yrs and I always have a great experience very clean office, staff is always helpful and they always send reminders for next visit plenty of time to re-scheduled if needed. I have high anxiety when it comes to attending my appointments, but Southwest Family Dentistry has increased my comfort association with the dentist industry. I've always had horrible experiences with former dentistry's, and I am relieved that I finally found a place that eases my stress. I am able to listen to music, they offer blankets to stay warm & comfortable, and the staff is amazing with handling patients with high anxiety.

On time, had all my insurance and costs figured out to make it a smooth process. They continually call to to see if I’m interested in earlier appointments when there’s a cancellation. Staff is friendly, offices are clean and up to date. Came back to them after seeing other dentist office due to changes in employment and insurance carrier.

Very clean and comfortable! I actually fell asleep (lol). Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady who went over what I needed for payment made sure I understood completely without pushing and forcing numbers on me. I truly appreciated that. The doctor was amazing. He told info I had never heard regarding my teeth and explained in detail how to fix my problems and where to start. Very pleased with this establishment.
