We have been patients for 2 years and have found that they lack any flexibility for their clients. I am disappointed with their service and it has resulted in us leaving to find a new dentist for our children.

Mid October my son’s tooth filling fall out. Next day I called dentist Purdy they said to bring him in that same day. I brought him and and he was seen. All they did was x-rays and prescribed Amoxicillin, next they gave me an appointment for Dec 3rd to do the filling treatment. I told the girls it was way to far from October if they had a sooner appt, she said no. But she suggested me to call every week to see if they any cancelled appts so I could bring in my son. So, Okay I kept the Dec3rd appt. Twice a week I would call to see if they had cancelled appts they kept saying no. Three weeks passed

If you are a parent of two or more children, I recommend making two separate appointments for each child, on different days. I took both of my kids in for check ups at the same time, the staff separated me from my older child and would not allow a grandparent (who was in the car waiting) to sit with my older child who is under the age of 5. I’m quite upset that they would separate a minor from the child’s mother, it was all kinds of wrong. 7.19.21

Took my two kids, they had back-to-back appointments for a cleaning.
They honestly make you feel that your are in a assembly-line in a meat factory. They see so many kids that they tend to fall behind. Wait time was approximately 30-45 minutes. They sat my kids far apart in the cleaning station so it was difficult to be with both my kids at the same time. I recommend you only take one at a time.
Staff didn’t guide me through their process… I guess they need to move so quickly that they won’t bother to tell you know what they will be doing beforehand. For example, they didn’t let me know

Took my kid to have for baby teeth extraction, and it was a very terrible experience. They took my boy to the back and would not allow me to be there with my boy. The dentist wouldn't even come out to speak with me when he (or she, I have never met the person) decided more teeth needed to be extracted. It would seem the dentist only communicate thru their assistants. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

We've gone here a few years for my little guy and he loves it. I was nervous because they don't allow parents in the room when they're doing work like fillings, but they were so conservative and careful in their approach that they held off on doing the filling and it turned out he didn't need it. We kept it really clean and it was at an early stage where it could still heal. On another tooth he did need one, but not for at least a year. I talked to one of the ladies about my concerns and when she told me about all the parents who get sick/faint in the room during the procedure and how it hinders

I’ve been taking my kids to this office for their regular checkups and cleanings. I really like how they have remodeled the waiting area to accommodate the patients while keeping everyone in safe conditions. Additionally the staff is fantastic, always friendly and positive. They do a great job dealing with children and treating them like they were their own. The dentist is very good at what he does and also is very good with the kids, even the really nervous ones. I’ll continue taking the kids here they do a great job.

I'm a little frustrated because I had an appointment the day before I called to say I'll be 5 min. Late they said I had to reschedule and they qont take and late patients at all.... well they rescheduled my son the next day for 10:15, 30 min goes by in lobby and they tell me when I walk up to ask why it's taking so long that my appointment was for 11. If you come here just double check and confirmed two or three times what time your appointment is. Frustrating when you try to cooperate. Of course I never expect to be in and out but the fact that they wouldn't allow me after I call to be 5 minutes
