We had been to the spa store that sells fireplaces and were underwhelmed.
KOMO radio guru Tami Michaels suggested Wallace's and we could be happier. More information about the products than those other guys and competitive prices.

Purchased a replacement gas insert from here. They went above and beyond to help resolve a manufacture defect that came up a couple weeks after using. They were responsive, informative and helpful. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

After trying to work with some local fire place stores and not really getting great or timely service, we checked out Wallace's and they hooked us up with a stove exactly like we were looking for in just a day. Wallace's also did a great job of determining everything needed for our chimney and explaining the install process

I was very happy with the service I received from Service Tech, Ken. He was very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace an was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the needed part. He also thoroughly cleaned the fireplace. My fireplace has never worked or looked better! He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate the honest and excellent service!

Great selection, very neat showroom. The prices are reasonable. The only downside was that the staff were very very brusque. We got what we needed fast, though, so we'd probably shop here again. They have a wide variety of stoves and gas fireplaces on display, along with pellet grills and accessories, which I thought were interesting as I'd never seen them before. They didn't have a very large selection of fireplace inserts, but the ones they did have were good quality. The fuel selection covers pretty much every need from pellets to cord wood to presto logs. They even have a few pieces of fire
