Services
Chimney Inspection
Our 18-point chimney inspection includes structural assessment, flue evaluation, and creosote buildup analysis. CSIA-certified technicians use advanced tools to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs. Annual inspections ensure compliance with fire safety standards while preventing costly repairs through early issue detection.
Chimney Sweep
Professional chimney sweeping removes dangerous creosote deposits using rotary cleaning systems. Our CSIA-certified technicians follow NFPA standards for thorough cleaning of wood-burning and oil furnace chimneys. Post-cleaning inspection confirms system readiness while white glove service protects home interiors during the process.
Chimney Repair
We repair chimney liners, caps, and refractory panels with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. Our masons address water damage, cracked bricks, and deteriorated mortar joints. Emergency leak repairs include drip edge installation and counter flashing restoration to prevent further structural damage.
Masonry Service
Comprehensive masonry services include chimney rebuilds, tuck pointing, and brick water sealing. Our craftsmen match historical brick patterns for 1960s-era homes while using modern materials for lasting durability. Services extend chimney lifespan through proper water management and structural reinforcement techniques.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning removes lint buildup to prevent fire hazards. Our technicians clean exhaust systems from appliance to exterior termination point, improving dryer efficiency while reducing energy consumption through proper airflow restoration.

Toby & Jason were fantastic! Had a small issue and they remedied it immediately with no additional charge. I felt safe with them in my home, and my dogs even liked them.
Also, thank you for coming to me in Woodinville! It would have been Feb before the competitor could work me in.

Toby and Jason were amazing, one cleaned the fire place while the other inspected the chimney. In and out really quick, gave us a thorough explanation on repairs needed, upfront and honest and very informative. Looking forward to working with them in the Summer.

I called to have a scheduled Inspection on our new home. We exchanged a couple emails and never saw a tech come out to complete the inspection.

I had a great experience with Lenny at the Chimney Specialists. I reached out because I had a family member whose chimney needed both an inspection and a cleaning. The support/scheduling staff at the Chimney Specialists reached out right away to schedule the site visit, and had what I believe to be a very reasonable price for both the cleaning and inspection. Even better, my family member explained that Lenny was great in explaining exactly what the situation was with the chimney, what might need fixing now, and, importantly, what might need fixing down the road (in other words, he was not using

Hi! Two men came out today to have the chimney's cleaned. They came fully prepared and with booties for shoes to not track dirt in. They left the house clean and were super quick and super friendly! Thank you so much to you both. Would recommend.
