Created by Chef Amonrat "Mon" Shirley. Mon is as committed to serving the freshest, highest grade sashimi as she is to serving the exotic tastes of her native Thailand. This place was absolutely insane! Loved it, had the duck/ scallops fried rice, 2 pieces of white tune and fatty salmon sushi. To say the least it was all fresh and absolutely delicious.

This place also has gluten free options. All in all this place gets 5 stars from me without a question. Service was great the chef kicks ass and just mind blow. Definitely will be returning! I come here at least once a week to pick up lunch or for dinner since I live less than 5 minutes away. I'm always greeted with wonderful service from the great staff who are all are very friendly and accommodating.
