All aspects of my visit were handled professionally and I felt very comfortable. Scheduling, appointment reminders, and check-in were easy, with a brief wait before going to the exam room. The doctor listened to my comments and concerns, and gave helpful advice. He handed me off to the audiologist who gave clear instructions for the hearing test. The doctor finished up by reviewing my test results with me comparing them with last years results. Im very happy with PDXENT.
